Aggrey Tumwine is responsible for managing and overseeing the technology systems and infrastructure at the Association. He is responsible for planning and managing ICT resources, networks, systems and security management. 

Aggrey is an accomplished ICT professional with 8 years of expertise at the nexus of financial services and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. His diverse skillset encompasses project management, strategy development and technical training.

In the financial services sector, Aggrey championed the digital transformation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs). He was a key driver for projects like the Digital Financing through Cooperatives (DIFICO) where he facilitated the adoption of digital financial management systems and mobile banking thereby elevating over 100 SACCOs into the digital age. 

In the telecommunications domain, he is skilled at configuring and troubleshooting enterprise equipment, managing major installations, repairing BTS equipment, and ensuring connectivity to optimize network performance.
